Commercial Restaurant Renovation
Complete restaurant renovation and fit-out. The Strand, London.
- Created an opening on the ground floor to the lower basement kitchen area to erect a new lift shaft to accommodate a food hoist.
- Provide detailed plans and structural calculations.
- Demolition and removal of the existing ground-floor kitchen
- Carry out repairs and renovate the building’s mezzanine floor, stairs, floors, walls, ceilings, and washroom facilities.

- Site survey
- Preparation of 3d Tekla drawings to interpret the architect and engineer’s proposed balcony and masonry support system.
- Fabrication and installation of balcony support structure with structural thermal breaks.
- Hilti provided structural calculations and specialist fixings.
- Supply and installation of IG Titan 14 Masonry support system
- Supply and install the Alideck and AliRail balcony systems with soffits and Juliet balconies.
The new balconies showcase our expertise in steel fabrication and project management.
